As we would like to explain step by step the properties of our natural soaps, each week we will describe one soap and its characteristics. Today we will begin with the shea butter soap. The
soap from Shea butter is a natural cell regenerator which prevents the
aging of skin and hair, and provides clear improvement in stretch marks
and wrinkles. It has an intense and lasting moisturizing and nourishing effect on facial and body treatments. An additional positive aspect is the natural sun protection of skin against UVB and UVA radiation while sunbathing. Shea butter is the most effective naturally occurring weapon against aging!
In pregnancy and lactation. The

friction of diapers and can be applied as often as necessary.
Nose and body. Shea Butter soap is very useful for the nose, which is irritated by allergies or colds. By using it the skin becomes a satin effect and is more smooth, hydrated and supple.
For athletes. Shea Butter is very effective for the joints of the elbows and knees, toes, heels and nails. Therefore,
it is particularly suitable for skin care before and after exercise as

How to conserve perfumes during summer time
Summer is approaching (we're sure!) and with it the heat. Then it becomes very important that our fragrances are stored properly. We all know it, but often forget it!

- So, keep all perfumes away from heat and direct light. They hold much better in cool, dark places such as the wardrobe.
- In addition, always close the bottles after application, because in contact with the air the perfume oxidizes.
- When traveling, of course the perfume must go with you and nothing happens. But please avoid excessive movements such as e.g. shaking.
I hope these tips help.
Beautiful Day wishes you your VismarEssence team

VismarEssence. What scents are most attractive to us?
By using an electronic nose, he was able with up to 90% accuracy to predict those smells that are equally enjoyable for all. From this he drew the conclusion, that the affinity for certain odors is biologically and not culturally specified.
Based on his experiments, which were also published in the Journal of Neuroscience, the most popular aromas for the mortals are lime, orange, grapefruit, mint and peach.
What you can not imagine is what Alan Kirsch, a researcher at the Foundation for Research and Treatment of Smell and Taste of Chicago (USA), has discovered. he found out that the best scent, to sexually excite men, is a mixture of lavender and pumpkin pie cake. This scent increases up to 40% (!!!) the blood flow to the genitals. And by the way: a similar effect to increase libido in women is achieved with the smell of powder.

The History of Perfume
In Barcelona, as in some French cities, there is a perfume museum. There it is believed that the history of perfume began in the Stone Age, when it was discovered that resin provided with branches in the fire spread a pleasant fragrance. Soon our ancestors used this as a ritual to honor the gods.
For centuries, monks and priests use perfumes for religious purposes. They produced it themselves with myrrh, labdanum, etc to assist the elevation of the spirit.
The Greeks used 7 different ways to store to perfumes. One form was the storage in the "lekythos".
Due to the many trips of the Greek traders to other countries soon the act to get perfumed was imitated ba other cultures. Perfumers and barbers came into fashion. Gradually other cities and countries created their fragrance, it is also said that Alexander the Great loved perfume ...
But how does perfumes work? After the application of the fragrance it reacts with the warmth of the body. A part evaporates and the remaining aromas remain longer on the skin. There are two types of structures in a perfume: the first is divided into phases, for example the top notes, heart notes and base notes. In addition, the monolithic phase in which the scent remains the same while you can smell it.
